Unable to Allocate Memory *Updated*

Many people have reported seeing an error message "unable to allocate memory for plates". This is actually not an issue of insufficient memory. This error message is caused by an approach not being selected. If you go to the airport lookup page (2nd button above the - symbol in the lower left corner of the screen) and enter an identifier such as OSH and select an approach, it should then start working.

If you do not change it to a valid airport name in 15-25 seconds after seeing the error, you can completely lock up the unit and the only option at that point is to reset using the power button or reset hole. If you enter the program again after this point, you should be able to change it to a valid name if you are quick about going to the airport identifier place to change it. This problem should be fixed following Oshkosh this year. Thanks for your patience.
