I get an error message when I run ULink

If you receive and error message "Download update packages for Anywhere Map Quadra device has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Close ULink
Go to My Computer
Find the Quadra drive

Right click on it, go to Properties>TOOLS>Error Checking

Check Now>Auto Fix

When complete go back to the Quadra Drive, double click it
Open the Control Vision folder
Then open the Update System folder
Find and delete the Package_List file
Close My Computer and Run ULink once more
