iPaq wont power up or soft reset
This is a bad design. Just bumping the switch will turn it off. I took a sharp knife and trimmed the switch flush with the case so it cant be turned off by mistake.

Thanks for the tip! My 4700 wouldn't switch OFF or soft reset. Turned out the battery lock had slipped half off. Clicked it back to lock and all is well :) I was getting worried there for a while.
