The following steps must be complete in order to disable Zone Alarm on your computer.’
1) Right-click the Zone Alarm icon in the system tray
2) Click on Restore Zone Alarm Control Center
3) Select Firewall option to the left of screen
4) Lower the security settings to Low under the Internet Security field
5) Close the Zone Alarm Control Center
