ATC doesn't take or hold charge

Issue: The ATC does not charge or the battery doesn't last even 2 hours.

Resolution: Only power the ATC using the chargers and cables provided with the unit. Other USB chargers or cables may cause the orange “charging” light to show, but will not actually charge the battery, eventually resulting in failure. The USB port on a PC does not provide a full charge to the ATC.

Charging time: ATC Powered On: 8-10 hours. ATC Powered Off: 2-4 hours

Connect the ATC to AC power adapter & power on the ATC. Reinitialize the battery by holding the stylus in the reset hole for 5 seconds, release for 5 seconds, repeat for 5 sequences & let the device continue charging for a couple hours. You should be able to disconnect the ATC from AC power after a couple hours & look at the battery status indicator to verify that it appears to be accepting a charge.
