Tech support gets a lot of calls related to the problem of not being able to download the latest plates.Some of these problems are valid tech support issues that may be related to issues with the software or settings. However, the vast majority of these problems have already been resolved and you are just using an older version of the software that has a software bug. You can check the current software version of the program by going to help > about. Currently Pocket Plates Pro is running build 106 and Pocket Plates XP is running 2.5.3.3. These may change in the future. To check the current build version you can go to our download center at www.anywheremap.com >support > downloads > Pocket Plates.

If you are still having problems doing downloads to Pocket Plates Pro, then you can go to settings > download > and verify that you have your username and password information correctly in the field. If you have just purchased a subscription, it can sometime take a couple of hours before our servers will allow you to start downloading. If you are still having problems or issues after you have verified that you 1) have a current version of the software and 2) have your password and username entered correctly, you can send an e-mail to us or call our tech support line to request for help in resolving your issue.
