Occasionally after an update, the Quadra may not show the icon for the Via Anywhere program. This does not mean that the program has been lost--it is just that the Quadra cannot find the file for the button icon.

 The solution: Please boot up the Quadra completely, making sure the SD card is fully seated inside the device. Unlock the screen then press and hold the reset button for three full seconds. Once the device has rebooted again, the icon should appear again.
