Don't let it be: You purchased a system from us and we are the first line of defense in supporting it. If you are having trouble, go to www.anywheremap.com and click on Support. There you'll find all the avenues for support. This is the correct path even if you suspect the problem is with the WxWorx unit or the iPAQ (as long as you bought those units from us). Please do not contact XM, WxWorx, or HP directly unless we direct you to do so. They do not have the support information for the system that we have.
